Lymph differs from blood in that it contains less protein and no red blood cells. Lymph is a colourless liquid found mostly in the inter-cellular spaces of a tissue. Lymph consists of WBC's and watery fluid. It differs from the blood in lacking red blood cells and some blood proteins. The main difference between blood and lymph is that lymph, unlike blood, is colourless and it is a return fluid from tissues to the central circulation.
